FEIM y el proyecto Women Power 2030 te invitan a participar en el Evento paralelo. Beijing+30: perspectivas feministas de jóvenes de América Latina y El Caribe, el 10 de marzo, de 12.30 a 2 pm, en forma virtual y presencial en Salvation Army – 221 E. 52nd St. New York.
Acompáñanos en la presentación del proyecto “Women Power 2030: Las feministas aceleran la acción para el desarrollo sostenible” y la campaña “Voces Feministas Hoy”, con la participación de las mujeres jóvenes que conforman la iniciativa en Argentina, Bolivia, Colombia, Guatemala y Perú.
La actividad se desarrollará, con traducción simultánea, en el marco del Foro de ONG organizado por NGO CSW NY.

El 69º período de sesiones de la Comisión de la Condición Jurídica y Social de la Mujer se celebrará el 23° Aniversario de la Cuarta Conferencia Mundial sobre la Mujer y la adopción de la Declaración y Plataforma de Acción de Beijing (1995) que se realizara en la Sede de las Naciones Unidas en Nueva York del 10 al 21 de marzo de 2025. La revisión incluirá una evaluación de los desafíos actuales que afectan la implementación de la Plataforma de Acción y la consecución de la igualdad de género y el empoderamiento de las mujeres, así como su contribución a la plena realización de la Agenda 2030 para el Desarrollo Sostenible.

FEIM and the Women Power 2030 project invite you to participate in the Parallel Event: Beijing+30: Feminist Perspectives of Young Women from Latin America and the Caribbean, on March 10, from 12:30 to 2:00 PM, both virtually and in person at Salvation Army – 221 E. 52nd St. New York.
Join us for the presentation of the project «Women Power 2030: Feminists Accelerating Action for Sustainable Development» and the campaign «Feminist Voices Today,» featuring the participation of young women from Argentina, Bolivia, Colombia, Guatemala, and Peru who are part of the initiative.
The event will take place with simultaneous translation as part of the NGO Forum organized by NGO CSW NY.

The 69th session of the Commission on the Status of Women (CSW69) will mark the 30th anniversary of the Fourth World Conference on Women and the adoption of the Beijing Declaration and Platform for Action (1995). It will take place at the United Nations Headquarters in New York from March 10 to 21, 2025. The review will include an assessment of current challenges affecting the implementation of the Platform for Action and the achievement of gender equality and women’s empowerment, as well as its contribution to the full realization of the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development.
