Mabel Bianco en el 64° aniversario de la primera mujer en el poder judicial en Italia

Mabel Bianco fue invitada a asistir a la conmemoración en la Corte constitucional de Italia de los 64 años de la sentencia que permitió a las mujeres participar en los concursos para jueces. Esto se concretó con el cambio de la ley. La ceremonia presidida por el Presidente de la Corte culminó con una entrevista a Rosa Oliva que fue la persona que inició la acción legal en base al artículo constitucional que establece la igualdad de ambos sexos en concurso de cargos públicos.

La conmemoración se realizó este viernes 10 de mayo en Roma, en Roma, Sala de Conferencias de la Corte Constitucional. Se destaca la importancia de la sentencia de la Corte Constitucional que abrió las puertas a las mujeres en las carreras públicas. Se busca promover la igualdad formal y sustantiva a través de presentaciones, testimonios y discusiones sobre los desafíos que enfrentan las mujeres en diversos ámbitos.
