The Foundation for Studies and Research on Women (FEIM) deeply regrets the sudden death of Dr Babatunde Osotimehin, Executive Director of the United Nations Fund for Population Activities (UNFPA), and sends condolences to his family and the  team of UNFPA.
Dr Babatunde Osotimehin, native of Nigeria, led UNFPA with great capacity since 2011 and visited Argentina to participate in an activity organized by FEIM as Coordinator of  the «NGOs Alliance for Cairo + 20 «. FEIM developed numerous projects related to the sexual and reproductive health and rights of women and young people with UNFPA under the leadership of Babatunde.
